Shipping policy
Health Wholesale is an Australian company with warehouses in Australia and New Zealand. Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours (business days).
Australia
Free shipping Australia-wide. Every order ships free within Australia, with no minimum spend.
Delivery times
- Most metro orders arrive within 1–4 business days after dispatch.
- Regional and remote areas may take longer.
- Some products take longer to arrive. Where that's the case, the product description gives the expected delivery time.
New Zealand
Free shipping across New Zealand. Every order ships free to New Zealand, with no minimum spend. Shipping is already included in the price you see, so there's nothing extra to pay at checkout.
Where your order ships from. Most products are dispatched from Australia. Some ship from our New Zealand warehouse, and their product page says so.
Delivery times
- Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days.
- Some products take longer. Where that's the case, the product description gives the expected delivery time (for example, 8–15 working days).
- Remote and rural areas may need extra time.
For all orders
Tracking. When your order ships, we'll email you the tracking details where available.
Orders with several items. Items may ship separately from different warehouses, so they can arrive on different days. You won't pay extra shipping for this.
Delivery estimates. Delivery times exclude weekends and public holidays and are estimates only. We can't guarantee an exact delivery date.
