Comfortable, adjustable ankle stability for sport and rehab. The OPPO Ankle Support with strap combines an open-heel design with non-stretch figure-8 straps and flexible spring stays to help prevent inversion/eversion and control rotational sprains. Easy lace-up application removes the need for tape and gives a snug, comfortable fit — recommended to wear with socks. Usable on either the left or right foot.

Features

  • Open heel design for a secure, comfortable fit and unrestricted movement.
  • Non-stretch nylon "figure-8" straps provide superior lateral support for maximum protection.
  • Easy lace-up application eliminates tedious taping and allows quick on/off.
  • Flexible spring stays add support without restricting natural ankle motion.
  • Helps prevent inversion and eversion injuries and controls rotational sprains.
  • Recommended to wear with socks for comfort and hygiene.
  • Ambidextrous — may be used on left or right foot.

How to wear

  1. Position your heel in the heel-locking area of the support and pull the support snugly over the foot.
  2. Lace the support and tighten evenly for a secure, comfortable fit.
  3. Wrap the lateral stabilising strap under the heel and bring it across the ankle in a figure-8 pattern, then attach the hook-and-loop end to the side of the support.
  4. Adjust straps as needed for support without cutting off circulation. Test fit by walking and re-tighten if necessary.

Care & maintenance

  • Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent. Do not bleach.
  • Air dry away from direct heat or sunlight. Do not tumble dry.
  • Inspect regularly for wear — replace if hook-and-loop fastenings or elastic components fail.

Note: This support is designed to assist with mild to moderate ankle instability and injury prevention. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional for serious injuries or persistent pain.
