Capener Finger Splint (Long) — Dynamic Coil Splint for PIP & DIP

A dynamic coil-style finger splint designed to manage PIP and DIP joint flexion contractures and Boutonniere deformity. The Capener Long maintains assisted extension at the PIP joint while permitting active flexion, making it suitable for rehabilitation following soft tissue injury or when a mild flexion deformity is present.

• Indications: PIP/DIP flexion contractures, Boutonniere deformity, soft tissue injuries affecting the PIP joint.
• Function: Provides gentle, sustained extension at the PIP while allowing active flexion for functional use and progressive mobilisation.
• Design: Coil construction for dynamic support and comfortable wear during daily activities.

Sizing — measure circumference at the PIP joint:

• XS: 4.0 – 5.0 cm
• S: 5.5 – 6.0 cm
• M: 6.0 – 6.5 cm
• L: 6.5 – 7.0 cm
• XL: 7.0 – 7.5 cm

Care: Wipe clean with a damp cloth and mild soap if required. Air dry thoroughly before reuse. Inspect regularly for wear and replace if support is compromised.
