Double-length (30 cm) version of the Fasciitis Fighter — designed so you can perform bilateral foot exercises at the same time.
The Fasciitis Fighter removes the time and hassle of repeatedly rolling a towel to the correct shape for plantar fascia strengthening. By positioning the big toe in extension (using the windlass mechanism) and performing controlled calf raises, the device helps apply progressive, targeted load through the plantar fascia. Performed consistently over time (commonly a 12-week program), this progressive loading may help improve tissue capacity and reduce symptoms associated with persistent plantar fasciitis.

How to use
- Place the big toe(s) over the raised portion so the toe is gently held in extension.
