How to use

• Cold: place gel pack in the freezer for at least 2 hours before use.
• Hot: warm the gel pack in the microwave following the included heating guide.
• Wrap around the affected area and secure with the Velcro strap. Do not apply directly to skin — use a cloth layer if required.

Care & safety

• Wipe the wrap clean with a damp cloth. Do not machine wash the gel pack.
• Inspect before use; discard if the gel pack is punctured or leaking.
• Keep away from sharp objects and small children.
