Support, warmth and stabilisation for everyday activities and sport. The OPPO Knee Stabiliser combines a padded patella ring, medial and lateral stays and adjustable hook-and-loop straps to help support the kneecap, increase comfort and reduce strain during movement.

• Hold the top of the support with both hands.
• Insert your foot and pull the sleeve up until it reaches the knee.
• Position the opening so the patella (kneecap) sits centrally in the padded ring.
• Secure the upper hook-and-loop strap first, then fasten the lower strap for a snug fit.
• Ensure the two medial and lateral stays sit either side of the kneecap to provide correct stabilisation.
• Adjust straps so the support is firm but not uncomfortably tight — you should have full range of motion with gentle compression.

• Hand wash cold with mild detergent, rinse well and air dry. Do not bleach, iron or tumble dry.
