North Coast Medical Encore - 3.2mm Black Thermoplastic Splinting Sheet

North Coast Medical Encore is a thermoplastic sheet for making moulded splints and orthoses. This black sheet measures 46 x 61cm, with a 3.2mm thickness and 19% perforation, and can be reheated for repeated remoulding.

• Turns translucent when thoroughly heated, helping make anatomical landmarks visible during initial moulding.

• Making thumb, finger and hand splints.

Usage Notes

Soften the 3.2mm material in 71°C water, allowing three to five minutes to form and harden. To remove surface marks and restore shine, dip in warm water or lightly apply dry heat.
