Cost Effective Orthotics
The Gaitway Classic 3/4 Length Insoles are cost-effective functional foot orthoses for the pronating foot. With a 3/4 length design that fits the vast majority of shoe styles, the Gaitway Classic offers consistent control and excellent durability.
Supplied with three different heel post options, the Gaitway classic is customizable to the needs of your own feet, giving three levels different of pronation correction.
Suitable for:
- Chairside management of varying foot conditions
- Can be used in conjunction with TalarMade MicroGrip surface additions
Sizing
According to shoe size. When sizing orthotics, if your shoe size falls between orthotic sizing, then as a rule of thumb, size down in orthotic (see images for size chart).
Full Length or 3/4?
The primary reason is for space constraints. Sometimes, the footwear you're using may not have enough room to accommodate a full-length insole comfortably. This can be the case with certain types of shoes like dress shoes or high heels. In such instances, a 3/4 length insole can provide necessary support without overcrowding the shoe.
If your shoes don't have a removeable insert at all, you'll want a short (or 3/4 length) insole. You'll get the arch support your feet need without the extra bulk of a full-length insole, leaving your shoes with enough room to comfortably fit your feet.
However, it is most often recommended that you go with a full-length orthotic because it will not slide or shift in your shoes and therefore is more efficient.
