1. Loosen all straps and slide your foot into the support, positioning the heel in the heel-locking area.
2. Secure the upper hook closures snugly but comfortably.
3. Place the mid section of the surgical elastic strap under the sole of your foot.
4. Wrap one side of the elastic strap diagonally across the top of the foot and then around the ankle joint.
5. Fasten the strap’s hook closure on the side of the support to achieve the desired compression.
6. Repeat with the other end of the strap if needed and adjust both sides for even support and comfort.
7. Ensure circulation is not restricted — if your foot feels numb or discoloured, loosen the straps slightly.
