Instructions:
- Ensure skin is clean and dry.
- For cold therapy: insert a chilled ice/gel pack into the wrap pocket. For heat therapy: insert a warmed, manufacturer-approved heat pack (follow the heat pack instructions).
- Position the wrap over the area requiring relief and fasten securely. The stretch material should provide a snug, comfortable fit.
- Monitor skin regularly. Follow the temperature and duration guidance supplied with your heat or ice pack. Typical therapy periods are short sessions (e.g. 15–30 minutes) unless otherwise directed by the pack manufacturer or a healthcare professional.
- Discontinue use if you experience discomfort, burning, numbness or irritation. Do not apply to broken or irritated skin.
- Consult a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, have diabetes, poor circulation, reduced skin sensation, or a medical condition.
