How to Use

Face Mask: Mix 1 tbsp clay with 1 tsp floral water and 1–2 pumps carrier oil using non-metal utensils until smooth. Add 1–2 drops essential oil if desired. Apply to face, leave 10 minutes, then rinse and moisturise.
Poultice: Mix clay with water to form a thick paste, apply to gauze, and place clay-side down on affected area. Secure with tape and leave up to 2 hours; do not allow to dry completely.
Mineral Bath: Add ½ cup clay to warm bathwater to soothe irritated skin and ease muscle tension.
Always use plastic, glass, ceramic, or wooden utensils—never metal.
