How to Use

1. Wrap the belt around your waist upright — follow the "up inside" label for correct orientation.
2. Position the lower edge at the base of the abdomen, ensuring full abdominal coverage.
3. Fasten the hook-and-loop closure to a firm, comfortable compression — snug but not restrictive.
4. Smooth flat to remove wrinkles. Nylon splints will hold the belt in position.
5. Adjust compression throughout the day as needed.
