Been dealing with heel alignment issues for ages. These actually corrected it noticeably, no joke.
Good support but a little firm at first, eased up over time though.
They work pretty well, but needed trimming to fit properly. Once done, solid support.
Surprisingly effective. Less ankle rolling when I walk now, feels more stable overall.
Honestly forgot about foot pain after a while which is kind of the goal.
