How to Use

• Face mask: Mix 1 tbsp clay with 1 tsp water or floral water and 1–2 pumps carrier oil to form a smooth paste. Add 1–2 drops essential oil if desired. Apply to face, leave 10 minutes until partially dry, then rinse and moisturise.
• Mineral bath: Add ½ cup clay to warm bathwater to soothe irritated skin and ease muscle tension.
• Poultice: Mix into a thick paste with water, apply to gauze and hold in place with tape for up to 2 hours. Discard after use.
• Always use plastic, glass, ceramic or wooden utensils—never metal.
